MyGoFlight (MGF) and iFly EFB have partnered to provide cockpit mounting options for iFly EFB devices, including the X7 Aviation Tablet and the original Aviation Tablet.
The collaboration pairs iFly EFB hardware with MGF’s mounting ecosystem, offering pilots custom adapters to connect electronic flight bags (EFB) to aircraft-specific hardware, according to company officials.
“MyGoFlight has built an extensive mounting ecosystem that many pilots already know and trust,” said Juanita Boyd, VP of Operations at iFly EFB. “Providing compatibility with that ecosystem gives our customers more flexibility in how they install and position their iFly EFB display, while offering a rugged, professional mounting option designed specifically for aircraft cockpits.”
The initial release focuses on dedicated adapters designed to interface the tablets directly with existing MGF cockpit mounts, according to company officials.
