By General Aviation News Staff · November 4, 2026 · Leave a Comment

PilotWorkshops has introduced PilotWorkshops Premier, a new membership program designed to help aviators maintain flight proficiency between trips through guided scenario training and direct access to instructors.

Developed from customer feedback, the training program focuses on aeronautical decision-making, according to company officials. The subscription provides monthly access to both VFR Mastery and IFR Mastery scenarios, alongside an on-demand archive of nearly 300 real-world flight situations.

Additional membership features include:

  • Monthly Live Broadcasts: Interactive sessions such as Jumpseat Live, featuring Keith Smith of PilotEdge flying real-world procedures with live air traffic control interaction, and Aviation Insider Hour discussions led by instructors including Bruce Williams.
  • Practical Skill Exercises: Alternating monthly challenges featuring visual diagnostic quizzes and dedicated flight simulator profiles designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane.
  • Catalog Discounts: An automatic 50% discount on all online courses, Pilot-Friendly manuals, and upcoming releases across the company’s catalog.

PilotWorkshops Premier is available at an introductory rate of $472 annually, with monthly payment options and upgrade paths available for existing Mastery subscribers, according to company officials.
