Bird remains found in engines of downed US Airways A320

NTSB investigators have found bird remains in both engines from the US Airways A320 that ditched into the Hudson River on January 15 according to analysis of the material found inside, reports the online newsletter AINalerts.

Europe mandates ADS-B five years ahead of FAA

The European Commission has issued a Eurocontrol notice of proposed rulemaking (ENPRM) mandating ADS-B after Feb. 5, 2015.
