Downing Aviation Associates has expanded its compilations of manufacturers’ data of Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) from 57 to 60 aircraft.
In addition, DAA has reviewed and updated each aircraft’s pricing based on manufacturers’ provided data.
“It is important that interested OEMs, individuals, training schools, and other businesses have the most current unbiased comparative LSA information available,” said Richard Reuland, engineering associate for DAA. “In these challenging economic conditions, being equipped to make an informed buying decision is imperative.”
In addition to the published data, DAA works with individual customers considering purchasing LSAs and with OEMs seeking additional marketing information. DAA also assists prospective buyers in selecting and comparing optional equipment, helping them configure the aircraft to their specific needs, while avoiding unnecessary expense for unwanted or unneeded add-ons, company officials noted.
