For the last 15 years, women have come together at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh for WomenVenture, which gives women in aviation a place to network at the annual show. One of the highlights each year is the annual group photo. In 2022, more than 1,000 women gathered in Boeing Plaza for the group photo, according to officials with Women in Aviation. Pilot injured when passenger grabs control stick while adjusting seat
