Probable cause: The pilot’s failure to maintain clearance from trees while maneuvering at a low altitude.

Probable cause: The student pilot’s failure to maintain clearance from a stationary pole while parking.

Probable cause: The pilot’s incorrect pitch input during a water landing, which resulted in a nose-over. Contributing to the accident were the pilot’s inadequate training and experience in the make and model airplane. 

Probable cause: The failure of the weld on the airplane’s left main landing gear axle support strut during landing, which resulted in a loss of directional control. 

Probable cause: The student pilot’s failure to maintain a stabilized approach, which resulted in overcorrection with the rudder during the landing, loss of control, and a runway excursion.
