Maybe you can’t get on the TV show “American Idol,” but you can still own a piece of its furniture.
MotoArt, a company that takes derelict airplane parts and turns them into functional sculpture, crafted a conference table out of a C-130 flap for 19 Entertainment, the company that produces the popular television program.
The table is polished metal with custom fitted I-beam legs. The top is covered with plexiglass so you have an unobstructed view of the rivets.
The table sells for $15,000.
