Preparations underway for AERO 2010

By Janice Wood · October 1, 2009 ·

Preparations for AERO 2010 Friedrichshafen, Germany, are in full swing.

Project manager Thomas Grunewald says he is convinced that the air show, now an annual event, will be a success: “The encouragement and the feedback from the exhibitors have us feeling optimistic.” The 18th edition of AERO, to be held at Lake Constance from April 8-11, 2010, has already registered more than 100 exhibiting companies from 15 countries.

Companies slated to exhibit at the show include Cirrus, Extra, Flight Design, and Kubicek Aircraft. Despite the economic crisis, the share of North American companies stands at 18%, organizers note. A preliminary list of exhibitors is available at AERO-Expo.com.
