Pilots using iPads in the cockpit

Apple’s iPad has caused thousands of people to rethink the way they use computers. It’s also changing the way pilots fly every day, according to a report from 9News.com in Denver, which notes: “Many pilots are turning to the tablet style computer technology as an easy way to plan and prepare for their flights just as aviation companies and entrepreneurs have quickly developed dozens of iPad applications for pilots to use while in the cockpit.” Check out the full story here.
