While federal lawmakers say passing a long-term FAA reauthorization bill this year is a top priority, a lawsuit over training for air traffic controllers could lead to further delays, according to a report at The Hill, which notes that Washington Consulting Group has alleged that Raytheon Technical Services won the contract through bid-rigging. Raytheon denies the charges, but a U.S. District judge last week refused to dismiss the case, which means the case could become an issue in the FAA debate.
