The keynote speaker at the 15th Annual Cessna 150-152 Fly-In will be Mark Baker, president of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
Registered participants will be able to have lunch with Baker, and sit in on a discussion as he speaks about the latest issues and challenges facing general aviation.
The 15th annual Cessna 150-152 Fly-In will be held July 22-24 at the Clinton Municipal Airport (KCWI) in Clinton, Iowa. Approximately 100 aircraft of various makes and models will fly in from around the U.S. and Canada to attend the fly-In, according to officials with the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In Foundation.
“We may have started with Cessna 150s and 152s, but even though some of our members have moved to larger airplanes — 172s, 182s, Cardinals, Cherokees and Bonanzas — they keep coming back and attend our fly-in, mainly because of the people that make up this event,” said Kirk Wennerstrom, president of the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In Foundation.
