PEARLAND, Texas — Western LLC, a real estate development and design-build firm, recently broke ground on Phase I of a new hangar development at Pearland Regional Airport (KLVJ).
Texas Aviation Partners (TAP), the airport management team at KLVJ, partnered with Western to develop a strategic master plan for the airport. The master plan will be developed in various phases, bringing a range of facilities to the airport, according to company officials.
Phase I of the hangar development will include demolition of two existing facilities, which is currently underway, and construction of a new 23-unit T-hangar complex.
Western and TAP began marketing and accepting reservations for the development earlier this year. At this time, only a few T-hangars remain unreserved, company officials said.
