All $500 counts toward the purchase price and guarantees introductory sales pricing and more, according to company officials.
The first customer aircraft will be built by a group Commuter Craft is calling Alpha builders. They will start after AirVenture this year. These experienced builders will help refine the tooling and processes.
A follow-up group of Beta builders – with less experience – will help further refine the process one more level prior to general production.
