SEBASTIAN, Florida — Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT), a manufacturer of aviation lighting, has agreed to acquire “substantially all of the assets” of AeroLEDs.
AeroLEDs will maintain its brand and manufacturing operations in Boise, Idaho, while company officials work towards “a seamless integration,” WAT officials said.
