Aviation Supplies & Academics (ASA) has released the 15th edition of the Private Pilot Oral Exam Guide by Jason Blair.
Arranged in a question-and-answer format, the guide lists the questions most likely to be asked by examiners during the check ride and provides responses. FAA references are provided throughout for further study, ASA officials noted.
The latest edition aligns with the Airman Certification Standards (ACS), covering pilot qualifications, airworthiness, preflight/postflight procedures, human factors, aircraft systems, performance and limitations, and much more.
It also includes updates reflecting the FAA’s new MOSAIC regulations and their impact on light-sport aircraft and pilot privileges.
The guide is available in softcover and as an ebook for $19.95.
