Portable Oxygen System Debuts

By General Aviation News Staff · April 7, 2026 · 2 Comments

Pure Medical's Altitude One Pilot Package

PureMedCo has introduced the Altitude One Portable Oxygen Unit for general aviation pilots.

Engineered for the cockpit, the Altitude One delivers constant-flow oxygen for up to four seats, addressing a long-standing gap between lightweight portability and multi-passenger capability, according to company officials.

“Unlike pulse-dose concentrators that can struggle with variable breathing patterns or higher altitudes, the Altitude One provides continuous flow output, giving pilots a more predictable and dependable oxygen source when it matters most,” company officials added.
