Christian Sanchez submitted this photo and note: “There is something unforgettable about ferrying an aircraft for the first time, and flying it across five states to deliver it to its final destination. The journey offered spectacular views — vast stretches of snow-covered fields, shimmering frozen lakes, and quiet skies. By the time I landed, I had more than a successful delivery under my belt. I had lessons that only experience can teach, a stronger respect for winter flying, and a deeper sense of confidence.”

Iowa community college to launch new aviation degree
