New through-the-fence policy expected soon
People with existing residential through-the-fence agreements at public-use airports will be allowed to continue with those agreements…provided they meet certain requirements, according to a report from the EAA, which notes the FAA expects to publish a new TTF policy in the coming days, which would ban any new TTF agreements.
