Now available is “Gee Bee the Littler Racer and Friends,” a new airplane flying game application to play on iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad.
Developed by KWIP Inc., the app lets users fly the colorfully animated “Gee Bee Zee” monoplane and five airplane friends through various levels of dodging birds, balloons and blimps, racing against the clock to deliver packages on time and popping balloons with propellers to gain extra points.
Inspired by the Polk City, Fla.-based Fantasy of Flight and the aviation themed-children’s book, “All of Life is a School,” written by the attraction’s owner Kermit Weeks, the game allows users to learn about vintage aircraft in a hands-on and imaginative way.
“Anyone who has visited Fantasy of Flight knows how much I pride myself on pushing your boundaries in an immersive environment,” said Weeks. “This new app puts you at the controls and spreads the love of aviation to more people in an imaginative, mobile-friendly medium that can be accessed almost anywhere and anytime. I hope this game will incite users of all ages to appreciate the excitement and wonder aviation brings to our lives.”
Rated “4+” (meaning the app has no objectionable material), Gee Bee the Little Racer and Friends is suitable for ages 4 and up. The game is now available for purchase on the Apple iTunes store for $1.99.
Weeks’ book “All of Life is a School” earned a Bronze IPPY Award in the 13th Annual Independent Publisher Book Awards. Bringing the Golden Age of Aviation of the late ’20s and early ’30s to life, the book follows Gee Bee Zee, a curious and eager monoplane who briefly forgets the lessons of his flight teacher, into the clouds accompanied by a bevy of vintage aircraft characters. Illustrated by former Disney animators, “All of Life is a School” is available in hardback at the Fantasy of Flight gift shop and through GeeBee.com.

I suggest you make the same app available for the droid market.
