Avionics showcase for pilots launches

The Aircraft Electronics Association also released its annual Pilots Guide to Avionics.

Worldwide business and general aviation avionics sales topped $660 million.

The show will discuss how GA is responding to the COVID-19 crisis.

Avionics sales were up 10.2% from 2018.

With the Department of Labor’s approval, AEA members now have another tool to recruit, train, and retain avionics technicians.

Since its inception, the AEA scholarship program has awarded more than $1.5 million in scholarships.

“The business and general aviation avionics industry has seen an increase in year-over-year sales for 11 consecutive quarters.”

This is the 10th straight quarter of rising avionics sales.
