Given the two incidences of falsification and attempted falsification of records, there are serious risks being introduced to pilots. There are multiple concerns related to this A&P.
Aircraft
Student’s second solo ends with prop strike
Upon touchdown, the aircraft began to veer left unexpectedly, which I attribute to either the wake turbulence or wind from the right side affecting my ground stability.
Taxiing too fast lands airplane in the grass
I was taxiing out of the ramp and had the flight controls. Turning left onto the taxiway, the speed was too fast. My instructor took controls and applied full braking. The airplane stopped with the nose of the plane slightly in the grass.
Better safe than sorry
A little over halfway down the runway around 200 feet AGL the engine began shuddering, and I looked to my student, who looked to me, confirming we both felt and heard the engine roughness.
Solo student cuts off another training flight
Aircraft Y cut me off in the pattern while I was on downwind. I believe we missed hitting each other by about 500 feet horizontally.
Cessna 172 bent by jet blast from airliner
Upon entering the runway, the jet blast from the Airbus struck the left wing of the Cessna and lifted it, causing the Cessna to turn sharply to the right and pitch down.
Bent push rod leads to partial loss of power
I believed a complete engine failure was possible, so I took command of the aircraft from the student, and started flying back to the closest airfield.
CFI stunned by massive bang from engine during training flight
They hadn’t fully advanced the throttles to full power when I suddenly heard a massive bang, almost as though something exploded. The aircraft then began shaking violently and a warning alert was going off.
Pilot violates TSA designated area while following tower instructions
This is a safety and security concern that should be mitigated immediately.
