    THE ELECTRIC FLIGHT PROJECT
Is a collaborative effort between alternative energy and aerospace industries
resulting in the creation of an electric propulsion system for aviation. The
Electric Flight Project is established to support the vital research and
development of this potentially transformational technology application. It
will demonstrate on a proof of concept aircraft that electric propulsion is
safe, viable and economic – reducing cost, noise and CO2 impact from
aircraft. In addition to supporting the necessary capital resources for this
research and demonstration through sponsorships, The Electric Flight
Project will promote education opportunities and public awareness through
the media and multiple event venues.
    Proof of Concept
Work has begun transforming a conventionally aircraft to electric power for a
proof of concept fight. Technology partners are providing state-of-the-art
technology that will be integrated to provide an economic source of
propulsion that will improve the performance characteristics of the aircraft.
    Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship levels are now available for business sponsors, aircrafts
manufacturers, government agencies, technology and industry partners and
research and university partners. Sponsors will receive media visibility, be
granted permission for use of the Electric Flight logo, have opportunities for
corporate logo placement, be listed on the 1.28535website under
developpement and participate in numerous planned events.
For more information on sponsorships please contact Robert Guitton Ropp,
    Chairman and CEO, [email protected] or + 41 774 911 914
“The future is great for electric propulsion in aircraft. Savings to pilot-owners,
increased operating effciencies, reduced ownership and maintenance costs,
environmental benefts and improved safety will forever change the face of
    General Aviation.”
    RGR
“The time to accelerate incorporation of this new technology has arrived.
General Aviation is a vital market that will beneft from the environmentally
friendly, lower cost, more effcient and higher performing aircraft.” Flying on
battery power is about the unique experience of flying without the noise,
vibration and smells of a traditional engine pulling you along. It’s an entirely
different sensation. And like gliding, it is about the challenge of flying within the
limitations of the aircraft and maximizing your time aloft.
