New GM at West Star’s DAL facility

West Star Aviation recently appointed John Hayes General Manager at its Dallas facility located at Love Field Airport (DAL).

Hayes brings over 33 years of experience in the aviation industry with him to West Star. Most recently, he was Director of Maintenance with Business Jet Access in Dallas. In addition, he has held positions with NJI, Inc., Executive Jet International, Net Jets Middle East, Saudi Arabian Airlines and Gulfstream.

West Star Aviation, Inc. specializes in the repair and maintenance of airframes, windows, and engines, as well as major modifications, avionics installation and repair, interior refurbishment, surplus avionics sales, accessory services, paint and parts.

In addition to its facilities in East Alton, Ill; Grand Junction, Colo.; Columbia, S.C.; and Dallas, West Star Aviation runs the maintenance operations at Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, Colo., and at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Mo.
