Join Challenge Air this Saturday, Feb. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Brown Field Municipal Airport (KSDM) in San Diego for the Challenge Air for kids and friends fly-in. Challenge Air gives children with special need the gift of flight from volunteer pilots.
The goal of Challenge Air is to give children with special needs the confidence to do anything with their lives. If they are able to fly an airplane, that will give them to confidence to go out and try new and exciting things, officials note.
