The International Women’s Air & Space Museum (IWASM), which is at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland, has found a fun way to fundraise: Hosting its annual Murder Mystery at the Museum.
The 2026 fundraiser is set during World War II during a night shift at the Fisher Body Plant in Cleveland, Ohio, where all is going well during a normal night of manufacturing war planes until the floor gets shut down when somebody is found dead.
Who committed the crime? Was it a factory employee? The celebrity visiting to observe the war effort? The reporter? Everyone is a suspect, and only the guests can uncover the true culprit, museum officials note.
Slated for March 14, 2026, the evening features dinner and a theatrical performance by Roving Rogue Productions. Guests are encouraged (but not required) to come decked out in their best 1940s attire.
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales and a raffle will support updates to the museum’s Women in World War II Aviation exhibit, including an interactive component featuring recorded interviews with women who flew during World War II.
Tickets are $75 per person ($65 for IWASM members) and registration is required.
To register, go to MurderMystery2026.eventbrite.com or call 216-623-1111. Deadline to register is March 6, 2026.
