Phillips 66 Aviation is doubling its aviation fuel rebate to all Young Eagles volunteer pilots through Dec. 31, offering a $2 rebate for every gallon of avgas purchased using the Phillips 66 Aviation Personal card.
More than 350,000 children have experienced the wonders of aviation with the help of the Phillips 66 Aviation Fuel Rebate Program — and some 4,000 dedicated pilots who volunteered their time, planes and enthusiasm, noted Phillips 66 officials.
“We have a continuing commitment to spread our excitement about general aviation to the nation’s youth,” explains Rod Palmer, general manager, Phillips 66 Aviation. “We greatly appreciate the volunteers who make the Young Eagles program possible. We hope the Phillips 66 Aviation Young Eagles Rebate helps encourage pilots to keep flying for this important effort because, in many ways, the future of general aviation depends upon it.”
To qualify for the special $2 rebate, use your Phillips 66 Aviation Personal Card to purchase avgas fuel from a Phillips 66 FBO for scheduled Young Eagles flights. Pilots must also be a member of EAA, and submit a receipt or receipt copy with a completed Young Eagles rebate form.
