At least one aviation expert is bucking the pessimism and predicting a recovery in general aviation this year. According to a story at KAKE.com (the ABC affiliate in Wichita), Aviation Management Adviser Brian Foley says:
“There is a number of economic things that are coming together to brighten the outlook. We’re starting to see things already to lend themselves to helping general aviation.”
