Sheltair has opened its new general aviation FBO terminal building, hangar complex and office facility, as well as its expanded parking apron, at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. The FBO is the only general aviation facility at the airport.
Sheltair, which has been operating from a temporary building on the airfield for the past year, now makes its home in a new, 5,000-square-foot executive facility, which includes a passenger lobby, conference room, pilots’ lounge and flight planning area.
The property also includes 1,680 square feet of rental office space adjoining a 9,100 square foot hangar available for lease, in addition to more than five acres of parking apron.
Sheltair is a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company with a network of 13 FBOs throughout Florida, New York and Georgia.
