The new terminal is expected to be completed by November 2026. Other improvements slated for Ardmore’s downtown airport include the installation of a perimeter fence around the airfield to be completed by mid-2026, as well as a planned rehabilitation of Runway 17/35 to be completed by mid-2028.

Carbon Cub UL soars to new heights

Portable weather stations to be placed at Utah backcountry airstrips

Many required significant re-routing, but this one let me fly my intended track about 10 miles from the nasty bits. The storm had a well-defined edge that stayed to the north of me. I watched closely for any signs of expansion in my direction. It was my lucky day. I made it to Aberdeen, South Dakota, for the night without incident.”
