EPA proposes endangerment finding for leaded avgas

“EPA’s consideration of endangerment is a first step toward application of EPA’s authority to address lead pollution,” officials said in a public release. “If the proposed finding is finalized, EPA would subsequently propose regulatory standards for lead emissions from aircraft engines.”

Hartzell doubles space for QAA parts distributor and MRO

At a recent ceremony in Tulsa, Hartzell Engine Tech and QAA executives cut a ribbon to officially commemorate the expansion, which has taken more than a year to complete. The footprint of the facility has grown from 12,500 square feet to 25,500 square feet, according to Hartzell officials.
