Dreaming of endless joy and smiles
The mission of Dream Flights is to give back to those who gave. Since its founding in 2011, the organization has given more than 7,000 dream flights in more than 1,000 cities, and 49 states. But the non-profit organization’s favorite statistic is this: “Endless joy and smiles.”
Fly-in fundraiser slated for Wings of Mercy
This event, which includes a pancake breakfast, the 20th annual Run for Wings 5K, a classic car show featuring the West Michigan Street Rod Association, formation flying demonstrations by the Hooligans, and much more, “has been a local favorite for years and a significant funding source for Wings of Mercy,” according to organizers.

Every mission is made possible by LightHawk’s experienced volunteer pilots, each with over 1,000 hours of pilot in command time. These pilots donate their time, skills, and aircraft to fly missions that accelerate environmental progress.
No dog left behind
Over the weekend of April 25, 2025, the non-profit Sato Project collaborated with Wings of Rescue to drop off 1,500 pounds of supplies in Puerto Rico and fly 110 rescued animals back to the mainland U.S. for adoption.
