The public meetings will be held Sept. 22 at North Beach Jr./Sr. High School in Ocean Shores; Sept. 24 at the WSDOT Maintenance Building in Walla Walla; Oct. 14 at the Arlington Boys and Girls Club in Arlington; and Oct. 15 at the WSDOT Spokane headquarters.
