Cobalt Aircraft Industries to unveil CO50 at Airventure

By Janice Wood · June 24, 2010 ·

Cobalt Aircraft Industries will unveil its C050 prototype at the year’s EAA Airventure, slated for July 26-Aug. 1 in Oshkosh.

The company, based in Toussus-le-Noble, France, has designed the concept aircraft and will become its Original Equipment Manufacturer. CEO David Loury said: “We’re very excited to introduce ourselves and the Co50 at EAA Airventure. The Co50 is a culmination of seven years of thorough design, prototyping, and stress testing. We’re now getting ready to do ground static, dynamic, and first stages in flight testing to prepare for certification.”
