By Janice Wood · June 28, 2010 ·

Norwood Flight Academy at Norwood Memorial Airport (OWD) in Massachusetts has expanded its fleet and high end training with a new high performance Cessna Skylane Turbo  with a built-in oxygen system.

The Cessna T182T has a climb performance at 1,039 feet-per-minute thanks to its turbo powerplant, the TIO-540-AK1A. The T182T is available for rental after a five-hour transition. The plane will be used for the school’s newly developed “Class A training Operations” curriculum.
