GA jobs forum slated for LUK

By Janice Wood · July 1, 2010 ·

The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA), in partnership with GE Aviation and Hartzell Propeller, is hosting a forum on general aviation jobs featuring Senator Sherrod Brown, Congressman Steve Driehaus and Congresswoman Jean Schmidt. The forum will be held at Lunken Airport (LUK) in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a crowd that includes more than 500 workers and 50 local community and business leaders.

The general aviation industry contributes more than $5.5 billion to the Ohio economy. As one of the leading GA manufacturing centers in the U.S., this sector is also a source of thousands of Ohio jobs.

The Ohio General Aviation Forum kicks off at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 7, at the Air10 Jet Center.

@john To be honest, instead of using general job websites that involve a middleman, you’ll get a much better response by applying directly on the official websites available, such as http://www.caacareers.com.
