The nephew of Clyde Cessna who rescued and revived Cessna Aircraft in 1934 was Dwane Wallace. Clyde was not involved in day-to-day operations of the company after Dwane along with his brother Dwight Wallace, revived it, and he resigned as president in 1936. He had nothing to do with designing the Airmaster or any other subsequent Cessna products.

Deanna Wallace a question for you. Are you any relation to Dwaine Wallace of Wichita, KS. He was a nephew of Clyde Cessna and became CEO for 49 years. He an Clyde designed and certified all the tail draggers prior to 1950. He was a great and friendly guy, along with a great businessman.
