A de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver, of Killarney Air Services, stood out at the dock on the St. Mary’s River, but fencing around the ramp made a photo more challenging. Fortunately, I had just enough space, and my telephoto lens, for a picture of the photogenic aircraft at a good angle. The iconic Beaver was first flown in 1947. In 1987, the Canadian Engineering Centennial Board named the Beaver one of the top 10 Canadian engineering achievements of the 20th century.”

Electric Aircraft Flight Tests Take Off in Hawaii
Surf Air Mobility and BETA Technologies have launched an electric aircraft demonstration program in Hawaii.
