The latest edition covers all the required knowledge and skills outlined in the Airman Certification Standards to pass the FAA Knowledge Exam and checkride for the instrument rating, from basic attitude instrument flying to IFR procedures, according to ASA officials.

Researchers develop AI pilot that can navigate crowded airspace

The artificial intelligence can safely avoid collisions, predict the intent of other aircraft, track aircraft and coordinate with their actions, and communicate over the radio with pilots and air traffic controllers, according to the researchers.

Aviation Education & Career Expo slated for KJYO
