California Aeronautical University (CAU) has expanded its flight training network, naming Aviation Adventures, which has five locations in Virginia, as its newest Reach Flight Center.

Through the Reach Flight Center initiative, CAU partners with established flight schools nationwide to provide a coordinated pathway in which students complete in-person flight training locally while earning a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics online from CAU, university officials explained.

As a CAU student enrolled through Reach Flight Centers, students gain access to:

  • University-level resources and support services
  • Federal financial aid to those who qualify
  • Structured career pathways to commercial pilot careers
  • Direct pathways to airlines, including United and SkyWest
