Garmin has received FAA Supplemental Type Certification (STC) for the GFC 500 autopilot in additional aircraft, including Cessna 172D/P172D models and Commander 112B, 112TC/TC-A, and 114 models.

Latest aviation mechanic standards released
These standards become effective in September 2022 along with the new Part 147 rule, and will be the reference for the FAA Aviation Mechanic Knowledge and Oral & Practical Tests beginning July 2023.

Steady and increasing need for pilots, maintenance technicians forecast
The latest Boeing Pilot and Technician Outlook predicts 602,000 pilots and 610,000 maintenance technicians will be needed globally between 2022 and 2041. The latest forecast does not include Russia due to the sanctions put in place after its invasion of Ukraine.

Formerly known as One Stop Aviation, most of One Stop’s employees will remain on at Aviation Airparts.
