But those mom and pop restaurants scattered from central Florida, to South Texas, to New England surely did provide a welcome perk that made all the studying, testing, and medical exams worth the trouble.

Fuel servo failure ends training flight early
On touchdown the engine failed completely, causing us to be unable to clear the runway without being towed. Maintenance found that this was due to a fuel servo failure causing the engine to be flooded with fuel and ultimately resulting in engine failure.

Volunteers gather to get Montana airstrips ready for flying season
Volunteers with the Recreational Aviation Foundation and the Montana Pilots Association have gathered twice already in 2025 to perform maintenance on the airstrips in Flathead National Forest.
