Ben Wiplinger scholarship winners revealed

At this year’s AirVenture, Wipaire revealed the winners of the Ben Wiplinger Memorial Seaplane Rating Scholarship. Four recipients will be awarded a $1,500 scholarship paid directly to the seaplane school of their choice.
