Wyoming pilot association takes next step to promoting aviation awareness

True Blue Power introduces lithium batteries for general aviation

Weighing just 10 pounds, they are the company’s smallest and lightest aircraft batteries, according to True Blue officials, who note the company now offers lithium-ion batteries for all markets, from experimental and homebuilt to the largest commercial and defense aircraft.

On this occasion, more than 130 planes and hundreds of people came to enjoy coffee and donuts in the company of planes. One of these visitors was Kelly Mahon, who showed off his beautiful 1934 Monocoupe 90.”

Continental Jet-A piston engines achieve milestones, including increased TBR

Continental reports two milestones for its Jet-A piston engine series: The jet-fuel burning piston engine family has accumulated more than 10 million flight hours, while the CD-170 engine has received a Time Between Replacement (TBR) extension from 1,200 to 1,800 hours from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Free ForeFlight workshops take off May 1

Noise abatement recommendations approved at KAPF
